2025 AGM

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Urban Design Association (UDA) of NSW was held online, at 6:30pm on Tuesday 5th August 2025, fulfilling the requirements of our constitution.

The AGM included the election of 5 committee members, 4 of who were returning members and the fifth was Russell Olsson.

Election of Committee Members

The UDA is a member-based organisation that relies on a skilled, and motivated committee who volunteer many hours a week to keep the organisation running smoothly and effectively. Serving on the committee requires commitment but is highly rewarding.

The UDA has a committee of nine with each committee member standing for a 2-year term. To ensure continuity the terms are staggered with four members elected one year and five the next.

At this AGM, we elected the following five committee members (in no particular order): Tanya Vincent, Russell Olsson, Gabriela Fernandez, Diana Griffiths, Deena Ridenour.

How to vote:

Committee members will be elected at the AGM on Tuesday 05 August 2025 via Teams.

To vote on committee members, you must:

1. Be a paid member with the UDA, and

2. Register to attend via Humanitix.
