2025 AGM
The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Urban Design Association (UDA) of NSW will be held online, fulfilling the requirements of our constitution.
Five of our committee members will be finishing their term. The AGM will therefore include
the election of up to 5 new committee members.
Note: you must be a paid UDA member to attend the AGM.

New leaders invited to continue growing the UDA
We are seeking nominations from members who would like to join the UDA committee.
The UDA is a member-based organisation that relies on a skilled, and motivated committee who volunteer many hours a week to keep the organisation running smoothly and effectively. Serving on the committee requires commitment but is highly rewarding.
The UDA has a committee of nine with each committee member standing for a 2-year term. To ensure continuity the terms are staggered with four members elected one year and five the next.
At the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) in August five committee member positions will be up for election and so we are seeking nominations from UDA members who would like to join the UDA committee.

In accordance with the UDA NSW constitution, nominations from candidates for the UDA committee must be members and have their nomination form co-signed by two (2) members of UDA NSW.
Please note the UDA has recently transitioned to paid membership and so all Nominees and their supporters must be up to date with their membership fees.
Nominations will close at 17.00hrs on Friday 25 July 2025.
Committee members will be elected at the AGM on Tuesday 05 August 2025 via Teams.
